Recommended Tools:
Tiller
Shovel
Hoe
Wheelbarrow
Hand Trowel
Manure/Compost/Topsoil (optional)

Step 1:
After tilling the ground, form raised rows in the soil.

Step 2:
Dig a trench in the top of each raised row and add manure or compost.

Step 3:
Plant seeds according to spacing on packet.
Add another layer of manure/compost and pack down firmly.

Step 4:
Water rows to allow for germination

Step 5:
Use grass clippings to line trenches to hold moisture and stop weeds
Use sticks to prop up tomato plants.

Done!
Water every 2-3 days throughout germination.
